Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
Our compact machines clear courtyards, plazas, and gated areas where full-size equipment simply cannot fit.
Many Puget Sound properties include enclosed courtyards, rooftop decks, and gated plazas that standard trucks and loaders cannot access. Compact track loaders and mini machines fit through these constraints while still moving snow efficiently. Their low ground pressure protects sensitive surfaces like pavers, membranes, and finished concrete. This lets us bring real clearing power to spaces that would otherwise require slow manual work.
Access to gated and enclosed spaces; Low ground pressure that protects surfaces; Real clearing power in confined areas; Alternative to slow manual shoveling; Maneuverable around tight obstacles
1) Assess access points and surface sensitivity; 2) Bring compact equipment into the enclosed space; 3) Clear snow and move it to a staging area; 4) Detail edges and treat the surface
Access restrictions and equipment transport; Surface sensitivity requiring extra care; Size of the confined area; Where cleared snow can be staged; Frequency of service during storms
Compact equipment is most requested for enclosed spaces during peak snow from December to February.
