What This Service Involves

Many properties in the foothills of the Cascades and Olympics sit on private roads that get more snow than the lowlands and see zero public plowing. These roads often climb, wind, and pass through tree cover that keeps snow and ice around for days. We plow the full running surface, mark edges with stakes so we do not drift off the shoulder, and treat the grades and shaded curves where vehicles lose traction. Longer contracts can include trigger-depth plowing so the road is cleared before residents ever need to leave.
