Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We manage existing snow piles over the season so they never become a hazard or an obstruction.
Snow Pile Management in DuPont means moving plowed snow to a place where it will not block driveways, sight lines, drains or parking stalls. Washington Snow Removal handles this work with equipment and operators sent from our Bothell yard. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
DuPont averages 4.6 in of snow per season, so piles are small and uncommon. When they do build up, they sit beside freezing nights and can turn to ice. We can push, stack and clear them. Call 206-809-9669 to talk through your property.

Most DuPont winters bring little snow. The area sees about 1.4 days a year with 1 in or more, and there have been 11 winter storm and heavy snow reports since 2005. The largest totals reported near DuPont were 3 in on Dec 22, 2008 near Tillicum and 3 in on Dec 27, 2021 at Steilacoom. These are not deep snowfalls, but plowed snow still collects at lot edges and entrances.
The bigger issue is the cold. DuPont has 40 freezing nights from Oct to Apr. Meltwater from a pile can refreeze across a walkway or drive overnight. There are also 1.76 light-snow days a year that need deicing, so pile work often goes together with ice control.
