Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We clear entry gates, interior roads, and common walkways for gated Western Washington communities under one coordinated plan.
Gated communities in Edgewood have entry gates, private roads, and shared sidewalks that the county will not plow. Washington Snow Removal clears them for HOAs and property managers. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we work out of our Bothell yard, 66 minutes from Edgewood.
Edgewood averages 6.8 in of snow a season, and only 2.1 days a year bring 1 in or more. Storms are rare, but they can be heavy. The biggest single day since 2005 dropped 7.9 in. Call 206-809-9669 to plan service for your community.

A gated community needs more than a plowed street. Plows must clear the entry lanes and keep the gate path open so residents and emergency vehicles can get through. Tight cul-de-sacs and shared walkways often need smaller equipment or hand work.
Edgewood sees about 30 freezing nights from October to April. Meltwater from a light snow can refreeze on private roads and sidewalks overnight, so ice control matters as much as plowing. Big storms are uncommon but real. Feb 8-12, 2019 brought 11.6 in in total, and Feb 12-15, 2021 brought 10.8 in. Feb 5-6, 2017 put 7.9 in down in one day.
Work at a gated community can include:
