Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We clear the shared sidewalk network across HOA communities so every resident has safe passage.
Washington Snow Removal clears sidewalks, walkways and common-area paths for homeowners associations in Roy, Pierce County. Crews work by hand with shovels and spread ice melt where foot traffic needs it. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
Snow is not frequent in Roy. Average snowfall is 6.2 in per season, and 73% of winters see at least one 1-inch day. When it does come, as in February 2021 with 15.4 in, shared walkways fill fast. Our yard is in Bothell, 104 minutes away, so we plan each dispatch with that distance in mind. Call 206-809-9669.

An HOA sidewalk job covers the paths residents share: walks to mailboxes, clubhouse entries, trash enclosures and links between streets and front doors. Most of this is hand work. A crew member shovels the path to the pavement, then treats the surface with ice melt to hold it clear.
Roy's pattern shapes how we plan. Snow on the ground shows up only about 4 days a year, and just 1.8 days bring 1 in or more. Yet there are 42 freezing nights between October and April, so a thin melt can refreeze overnight on shaded walks. Big events do happen. Roy saw 12.9 in in January 2012 and 7.4 in on a single day in February 2019. A walk that is bare one week can need full clearing the next.
