Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We clear parking lots across a management portfolio under one Western Washington contract that keeps every property covered.
Washington Snow Removal plows and treats parking lots for property managers in Pacific, a city that sits in both King County and Pierce County. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we work out of our yard in Bothell, WA.
Snow here is not constant. An average season brings 6.5 in, about 2.14 plow events and 2.67 light-snow days that need deicing. Those few events still matter on a lot with tenants, deliveries and visitors. Call 206-809-9669 to talk through your properties and how you want them handled.

A managed property needs more than a cleared drive aisle. Plowing covers the lanes, the stalls, the entrances and the places where snow can be stacked without blocking parking. Hand work covers walks, ramps and doorways. Ice treatment covers the surfaces that stay slick after the plow passes.
Pacific sees only 2.1 days a year with 1 in or more of snow. But it has 28 freezing nights between October and April, so ice is a bigger routine concern than deep snow. That is why light-snow days that need deicing (2.67 in an average season) count as much as plow events.
Big storms do happen. Spotters near Pacific reported 9.5 in at Federal Way on Feb 14, 2021, 8.1 in near Puyallup on Feb 6, 2017, and 8 in at Auburn on Feb 9, 2019. There have been 15 winter storm and heavy snow reports since 2005.
