Our residential crews pretreat these high-traffic surfaces before the temperature drops and return to break up any glaze that forms on north-facing walkways and porch steps. We select deicers that will not damage decorative concrete, pavers, or the landscaping bordering a typical Washington yard. Our Process

1) Walk the property to map sloped driveways, shaded walks, and step landings; 2) Pretreat surfaces with liquid anti-icer ahead of a forecast freezing-rain event; 3) Apply granular deicer to any glaze that forms and scatter traction grit on steep sections; 4) Re-check north-facing and low-drainage spots after refreeze and reapply as needed
