Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We rapidly reopen snowed-in parking lots and stalls across Western Washington so employees, customers, and residents can park and move safely.
Roy gets little snow in most winters, so a storm that fills a parking lot can catch a property off guard. Emergency Parking Access from Washington Snow Removal clears enough space for vehicles to enter, park and leave when a storm has blocked the lot.
We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we dispatch from our Bothell yard, which is 104 minutes from Roy. Call 206-809-9669 to set up a dispatch. Rates are listed by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum per dispatch and a trip charge for Roy of $525.

Emergency parking access means opening the lot, not finishing every inch of it. We plow a path from the street to the main entrance, clear a set of stalls, and open any accessible spaces. Where plows cannot reach, a crew member works by hand.
Roy averages 6.2 in of snow per season and only 1.8 days a year with 1 in or more. Heavy-snow days of 4 in or more average 0.18 a year. Most winters are quiet, but the record shows what can happen. Since 2005, Roy has had 11 winter storm and heavy snow reports. The biggest single day was 8.3 in, and Feb 11–15, 2021 brought 15.4 in in total. Winter Weather Advisories average 3.38 a year.
Freezing nights are common, with 42 between October and April. Packed snow can turn to ice in a lot overnight, so we can spread ice melt on the cleared stalls and walkways.
