Washington Snow Removal offers skid steer snow removal in Roy, Pierce County. We are licensed, bonded and insured. The machine is a Kubota SCL1000 compact track loader, and it comes with an operator.
Roy gets about 6.2 inches of snow in an average season. Snow of 1 inch or more falls on about 1.8 days a year. Those days are few, but a storm can leave a lot behind. Call 206-809-9669 to talk through your lot or drive.

A skid steer or compact track loader suits jobs where a plow truck cannot do the work. Think tight corners, gated entries, farm lanes, and spots where snow has to be pushed or lifted and moved. The tracks hold well on packed snow and ice.
Roy's snow pattern is uneven. An average season brings 1.82 plow events and 0.57 Winter Storm Warnings a year. Since 2005 there have been 11 winter storm and heavy snow reports. The biggest recent event was February 2021. Spotters near Yelm measured 11 inches on Feb 13, 2021, and 8 inches the same day. Another reported 7 inches on Feb 12. A storm like that can bury a driveway or yard in one go.
Roy also sees 42 freezing nights between October and April. Snow that is pushed aside can melt by day and refreeze at night. We move piles away from walkways and drains where we can.
Roy is 104 minutes from our Bothell yard. The trip charge reflects that distance. If a plow truck is a better fit for your site, we can price that too.
