Keeping You Moving. Beyond Expectations.
We support Western Washington municipalities by hauling snow from streets, civic lots, and transit areas after major events.
When a rare significant storm overwhelms a city's own resources, public works crews often need extra trucks to move snow off critical corridors. Our region's agencies aren't staffed for the sustained events that occasionally arrive with a deep arctic outflow. We supplement municipal operations by hauling from priority streets, civic parking, and transit stops to designated snow-disposal sites. We work under the city's direction and priorities so public infrastructure keeps functioning.
Adds hauling capacity when city resources are stretched; Clears priority streets, civic lots, and transit stops; Works under municipal direction and priorities; Supports agencies not staffed for major events
1) We coordinate priorities and disposal sites with public works; 2) We stage trucks and loaders per the city's plan; 3) We haul snow from designated corridors and lots; 4) We report completed routes back to the agency
Scope of streets and civic areas assigned; Volume of snow from a major event; Distance to municipal disposal sites; Number of trucks and loaders deployed; Duration of the response the event requires
Municipal hauling support is activated during the infrequent major storms that overwhelm a city's own equipment, typically in deep arctic outflow events.
