A modest-looking depth of saturated Cascade snow, especially after rain, can approach or exceed a roof's design capacity without any obvious warning. Our crews measure depth and density to calculate the real load and advise whether removal is needed to protect the structure. This assessment gives property owners the data to act before a load becomes a structural emergency.
